The 2007 decision to continue to hold our Annual Meeting in the same city as the SBL meeting needs a fresh look. Although our meetings have been successful, the combined SBL-AAR meeting has grown, occupying prime hotel space. ASOR has been pushed increasingly to the outskirts of the meeting cities. As we welcome the new year, ASOR prepares to welcome paper and poster proposals for the 2019 Annual Meeting, November 20-23 at The Westin San Diego in San Diego, CA. The Call for Papers will open on January 15.
