Marta Ostovich began working at ASOR in March 2018, as an Office Assistant. Starting July 1, she assumed a new role as Manager of Programs. Marta will be relocating to Alexandria in two weeks, and she will work with Andy Vaughn on the transition from Boston to ASOR’s new home and the hiring and training of new staff members. | La Sierra University - Archaeology Discovery Weekend |
Archaeology Discovery Weekend is an annual event in mid-November, sponsored by the Center for Near Eastern Archaeology and organized by its Archaeology Planning Committee. Events include Lectures by world-class scholars on a common theme, an Authentic Jordanian Banquet, a Kids Dig, hands-on lab activities, and a genuine Bedouin Hospitality Tent set up for refreshments.
