| ASOR Member Asa Eger Awarded ACLS Fellowship |

ASOR member Asa Eger, Associate Professor of History at University of North Carolina at Greensboro, has been awarded a prestigious ACLS Fellowship for 2016-17 to support his project, "Islamic Antioch: A History of a Medieval City from the Fifth to Fifteenth Centuries.” Asa was one of 69 fellows selected from a pool of nearly 1,100 applicants, through a rigorous, multi-stage peer review process.
